Test and compare your mental health with country averages with the WHO-5 Mental Wellbeing test

The WHO-5 is a short self-reported measure of current mental wellbeing. The index was developed by The World Health Organisation in 1998 and is still used to compare groups of people both in relation to events, treatments, or demographic comparisons. This test will place your score in relation to population means across European countries. You can also compare your score with your own benchmark (either by memory or by re-taking this test at a later date). In this way, the test may give you a sense of how COVID may have affected your mental wellbeing.

Please indicate for each of the five statements how you have been feeling over the last two weeks.
