As for data protection, we adhere to strict procedures to comply with Swiss laws on data protection and we vow never to keep your sensitive information on file unless it has been anonymized and there is no way to trace it back to you.
The laboratory destroys the saliva sample as soon as your requested hormone or DNA analysis has been performed, as per Swiss Law. Finally, as soon as your results have been sent to you, we anonymize all sensitive data making sure it cannot be linked back to you. This includes information such as your name, email, and IP address. We further sever the link between your personal information and your unique anonymous code. After this, it will therefore be impossible for us to link your hormone data to you. This safeguards your data against use by third parties, including malicious use should ever our systems be breached.
