These T&Cs apply to our products and services, which include but are not limited to physical products shipped from our warehouse, output from sampling and reports based on physiological and psychometric tests as well as information drawn from the reports and our website, www.persometrics.ch and other web sites operated by Persometrics Sarl and that can be recognised by their URL basename (e.g., www.persometrics.com, www.persometrics.eu, www.persometrics.co.uk, www.persometrix.ch, www.persometrics.swiss and www.questionnaires.ch, www.questionnaires.me).
Persometrics reserves the right to change these T&Cs at any time. The terms in effect at the time of order placement will apply.
When you make a purchase on our website, you will receive an automated email confirming the transaction. This does not constitute a legally binding commitment that your order has been accepted.
In order to make purchases on the Website, you must be 18 years of age or older, be lawfully able to form contracts on the Internet in accordance with the laws of Switzerland and those of your own country of residence, and you must hold an address for shipping within the European Union / European Economic Area.
We do our best to provide true and accurate information regarding the availability of products. However, if there are discrepancies in the information provided regarding eligibility and availability, we reserve the right to apply the most restrictive criterion listed on our website at the time of purchase.
Persometrics strives for the fastest possible turnaround for our customers. However, delivery delays from our contractors may cause delays for Persometrics. All information on delivery times is therefore subject to change. Current expected turnaround times can be found in our FAQ.
Prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Other displayed currencies (Euros, Norwegian Kroner, etc) are based on the approximate base currency rates and are for informational purposes only. Some variation may have occurred since our latest update and your card issuer may charge additional fees. We aim for complete and accurate information throughout our website, without losing user-friendliness in the presentation. The presentation throughout the website is for promotion and the final price displayed during checkout applies. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price that was settled during the purchase will apply for that transaction.
In the event that you believe the packaging you have received from Persometrics is damaged, or if a considerable amount of time has passed since you made the purchase, please notify us so that we can ship you a replacement.
Please note that shipment between you as a customer and the lab is beyond our control. If a delay of more than two weeks has passed from the time you shipped your samples to the lab has passed and you have not received any updates regarding the analysis of your samples, please contact us.
Once you have placed an order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email. Once payment has cleared and we have accepted the order will ship the sampling vials to your provided address within the provisional delivery date provided. You have 28 days right to cancel starting from the day you received the parcel on the condition that you have not shipped the samples to our laboratories for analysis. After 28 days or after the shipment of your samples (whichever comes first), cancellations are subject to a 100% charge. The 28-day limit refers to the date that Persometrics is first notified of your wish to cancel by use of our online form. The refund, which is made on the original payment method, is made once the unused vials are returned to Persometrics. We allow a further 3 weeks for shipment to reach us. The refund covers the cost of the product, shipping, and return of the products.
These terms and conditions will not limit or exclude Persometrics’s liability in the event of fraudulent misrepresentation or injuries or death resulting from negligence. Liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law will remain in effect.
We will not be reliable for outcomes of events that are reasonably outside of our control, including, but not limited to, force majeure, actions of third parties (including hackers, suppliers, or local authorities), terrorism, strikes, riot, fire, or weather conditions, regardless of whether the circumstances in questions could have been foreseen.
Hormone readings can vary depending on many factors and there may be some variability also for one individual. Persometrics continuously enhances procedure to optimise quality of scientific output but shall not remain liable to errors due to variability inherent to any testing, readings or analysis.
The information provided by Persometrics or any of their affiliates including, but not limited to, diagnostics laboratories, is for research, informational and educational use only and are not a substitute for medical advice.
