What is the wheat straw study about?

In order to reduce plastic usage within our operations, we have developed and tested straws made of wheat stalks. Our study showed these to be scientifically valid and that the sampling material did not affect the hormone levels, and we have now started using these straws in our own sampling. We now want to perform an extended study so that our findings can be published and serve as a model for other laboratories across the world to further reduce the reliance on single-use plastic straws.
